Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Framingham, MA is seeking a Deli Team Member to slice, package, and weigh a variety of deli items, ensure fresh product, and assist members with selections. You will maintain deli display cases, stock shelves, and support daily department operations.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a deli department preferred.
• Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to Members. Answer questions and recommend deli items; handle special orders.
• Slice, package, weigh deli products; help Members select correct items; prepare party trays.
• Receive, inspect, stock, rotate deli products following safety and quality standards.
• Ensure products are fresh; check for out-of-date items daily and manage salvage as needed.
• Operate deli equipment safely and maintain cleanliness of the department; keep displays neat.
