Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Deli Associate to slice, package, and weigh deli items, help Members select products, and maintain clean display cases. You will support daily operations in the deli department and ensure quality standards.

You’ll work with a team dedicated to fast, friendly service and safety, receive weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow with the club. This entry-level role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and attention to freshness.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a deli department preferred.
• Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a high level of customer service to Members. Answers questions and recommends deli items.
• Slices, packages, and weighs deli products, including cheeses and meats. Helps Members select the correct products.
• Receives and inspects deli shipments. Displays, stocks, rotate, and stores deli products following safety policies.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
