Qualifications

• Able to translate weights and ounces into decimals with basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers, both in person and on the phone at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, deli cases, and backroom according to food safety guidelines.
• Slice and weigh lunch meats and cheeses, and offer slice thickness options to customers.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads and party trays while following company recipes.
• Operate meat and cheese slicers and wrapping equipment; adhere to safety procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist customers with product questions and sampling.
