Job summary

Schnucks is hiring a Deli Clerk (Part Time) to join the Mid Rivers location. You will provide friendly service, handle deli counters, and ensure food safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include slicing, weighing products, assisting customers with orders, and maintaining proper temperature controls. Training will be provided; opportunities for growth exist within the store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Food safety knowledge or training.
• Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous service to customers in person and on the phone.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, deli cases, and backroom per safety guidelines.
• Slice and weigh lunch meats and cheeses; assist with sample tasting and product knowledge.
• Operate deli equipment and weigh/pack items; follow safety and temperature controls.
