Jersey Mike's in Castle Rock, Colorado is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee in-store operations and mentor staff. The Shift Leader ensures the store runs smoothly and that employees perform duties with integrity.

You will greet customers, prepare subs, maintain cleanliness, and uphold Jersey Mike's standards, with competitive pay up to $20 per hour and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K and paid training.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
• Work together with the line team to prepare cold and hot subs to customer specifications, while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
• Use specific kitchen machinery such as knives, grills, slicers, etc.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to Jersey Mike's standards and policy.
