Pilot Company is hiring a Deli Shift Leader to supervise the hot deli area and support the Deli Manager. You will ensure food in the hot deli is fresh, stay clean and well stocked, and provide excellent guest service.

The ideal candidate has basic food safety knowledge, experience in food service, and the ability to work flexible nights, days, weekends and holidays. Training provided and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, especially in foodservice or restaurant.
• Ability to deliver excellent guest service and maintain hygiene.
• Willingness to work flexible nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team in hot deli area and assist Deli Manager.
• Ensure food in hot deli is fresh, properly stocked and area is clean.
