Pilot Company is hiring a Deli Shift Leader to supervise the hot deli team and deliver excellent guest service. You will assist the Deli Manager to keep food fresh, areas clean, and well stocked while upholding food safety standards.

The ideal candidate has restaurant or foodservice experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work flexibly including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Pay rates start between $21.41 and $31.40 per hour with benefits and weekly pay.

• Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background.
• Incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards.
• Comfortable working with a team and across multiple levels of staff and leadership.
