Pilot Company is seeking a Deli Shift Leader to supervise the hot deli area and support the Deli Manager. You will ensure food is fresh, the area stays clean, and guest service remains exceptional.

The ideal candidate has foodservice experience and a solid knowledge of food safety standards, with flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Competitive starting pay per hour and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position in restaurant or foodservice.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to uphold a guest-focused culture.
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team across different levels including team members and vendors.
• Must be able to work flexible nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area and ensure guest service is top-notch.
• Help the Deli Manager keep the hot deli area clean, stocked and food fresh.
