Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring Deli Shift Leaders to supervise team members in the hot deli area and ensure guest satisfaction. You will help the Deli Manager keep the area clean, stocked, and compliant with food safety standards, while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $15.70–$23.33 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deli Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising team members in the hot deli area and ensuring guest service.
