Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Deli Shift Leader to supervise team members in the hot deli area, ensure fresh food, cleanliness and stock levels, and deliver excellent guest service. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of food safety standards and prior food service experience.

Pay starts at $14.95 to $22.22 per hour with weekly pay and a nationwide benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition assistance, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position in foodservice or restaurant.
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to maintain equipment and follow food safety standards.
• Ability to work with team members at various levels, including vendors and corporate representatives.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area and ensure quality service.
• Maintain cleanliness and keep deli area well stocked.
• Assist the Deli Manager in daily operations.
