Pilot Company is seeking a Deli Shift Leader to supervise the hot deli team, ensure food safety, freshness, and a clean, well-stocked prep area. This role supports the Deli Manager and requires strong customer service and food service experience.

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Pay starts between $14.20 and $21.10 per hour, with weekly pay and standard company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position in foodservice
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area
• Assist the Deli Manager by ensuring food in the hot deli is fresh and the area is kept clean and well stocked
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper handling of foods
