Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Deli Shift Leader to supervise the hot deli team and deliver exceptional guest service. You will assist the Deli Manager by ensuring food is fresh, the area is clean, and stocked, while maintaining food safety standards.

The role offers a pay rate starting at $16.50–$24.87 per hour with a flexible schedule and weekly pay across our nationwide travel-center network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members to customers and vendors.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area.
• Ensure guest service is excellent and food is fresh.
• Keep the deli area clean and well stocked and assist the Deli Manager.
