Pilot Company is hiring a Deli Shift Leader to supervise team members in the hot deli area and ensure excellent guest service. The role supports the Deli Manager by keeping the area clean, well stocked, and compliant with food safety standards.

The ideal candidate has restaurant or foodservice experience, strong customer service, and flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays at our Wisconsin Oak Creek location. This role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
