Deli Shift Leaders supervise team members in the hot deli area, ensuring food is fresh, the area stays clean and stocked, and food safety standards are followed. The ideal candidate has restaurant or foodservice experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area while ensuring guest service excellence.
• Assist the Deli Manager by keeping the hot deli area clean, stocked, and compliant with food safety standards.
• Maintain knowledge of food safety standards and uphold health compliance.
