Pilot Company is seeking a Deli Shift Leader to supervise the hot deli team and ensure guests receive friendly, efficient service in our fast-paced locations.

The role requires knowledge of food safety, strong teamwork, and flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Pay starts at $15.70 and goes to $23.33 per hour, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and other fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or foodservice position.
• Strong customer service skills and customer-focused culture.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Willingness to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area.
• Provide excellent guest service and assist the Deli Manager.
• Keep the deli area clean and well stocked.
