Qualified candidates will have High School / GED, 0–3 years of experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School / GED required.
• English language required.
• Spanish language preferred.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain it.
• Pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
• Operate deli equipment per company guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Service: create welcoming environment and ensure product availability, freshness, value, and customer assistance.
• Leadership: promote teamwork and communicate information; adhere to laws and guidelines.
• Financial: monitor inventory/stocking; ensure quality and proper display; manage temperature logs and markdowns to reduce shrink.
• Compliance/Safety: enforce safety, food handling, and regulatory requirements; report safety issues; ensure wage/hour compliance; maintain safety training and PPE.
