Responsibilities

• Keep deli service areas well stocked and appealing; greet customers and help resolve questions.
• Operate slicing equipment and prepare ready-to-eat foods to order.
• Follow recipes and safety policies when preparing food.
• May handle cash register operations and money handling.
• Maintain sanitation and logs to meet health and OSHA requirements.
• Assist with receiving, inventory, and department duties as trained.
• Cooperate with coworkers and strive to improve performance.
