Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Associate/Deli Clerk to manage daily deli and food service operations, ensuring sanitation, shop appearance, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include register transactions, weighing and slicing deli items, and maintaining product quality and safety.

Applicants should be at least 16 years old, with flexibility for weekends and evenings. Experience in foodservice or retail management is preferred; Serv-Safe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays/evenings
• 2 years foodservice or retail management experience
• Serv-Safe certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in coolers/freezers

Responsibilities

• Process cash register transactions and provide accurate change
• Operate deli equipment, scales, and scanners
• Prepare, wrap, weigh, slice, and stock deli/food service items
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and product presentation
• Greet guests and ensure order accuracy and timely service
