• Interview, hire and train Deli/Seafood department personnel
• Formulate weekly schedules including breaks and lunches
• Implement pricing policies for profitability
• Forecast sales and monitor inventory; understand P&L
• Maintain flexible availability
• Provide strong customer service
• Manage monthly inventory
• merchandise and control shrink
• Periodically visit competitors for ideas and pricing
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies
