Job summary

Gourmet Gang, the deli division of Trolley Hospitality Companies, is hiring at the Downtown Deli in Norfolk. The role offers full- or part-time hours Monday through Friday, 10:00am–2:30pm, with no weekends.

Base pay is $14–$15/hr with tip pool averaging $16–$18/hr, plus benefits for full-time staff and discounts across the Trolley House family. Ideal candidates enjoy helping customers, know food and ingredients, and are eager to contribute to a growing company that values its employees.

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service setting.
• Food prep experience.
• Experience running a cash register.
• Able to follow directions and work independently.

What You Bring to the Table:
