Job summary

Gourmet Gang in Richmond is hiring for a part-time team member at our James Center Deli location (1051 E Cary St). Enjoy a fixed schedule Monday through Friday, 10:00am–2:00pm, with no weekends, and a base pay of $14–$15 per hour plus tip pool averages of $16–$18 per hour.

You will deliver friendly customer service, assist with food preparation, and operate a cash register. We offer employee discounts, an EAP program, and a chance to grow with a growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a food service setting.
• Food prep experience.
• Experience running a cash register is a plus.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service setting
• Food prep experience
• Experience running a cash register a plus
• Able to follow directions and work independentlY
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation

The Good Stuff:

• Base pay $14-15/hr with tip pool averages between $16-18/hr
