Responsibilities

• Keeps deli service areas stocked and appealing and greets customers.
• Rotates and prices merchandise; handles spoilage per procedures.
• Operates slicing equipment and prepares ready-to-eat foods.
• Adheres to recipes and safety policies when preparing items.
• May assist with cash register operations and age-restricted sales.
• Maintains sanitation and hygiene per health/OSHA standards.
• Participates in inventory and stock control; assist with deliveries.
