• Ensures freshness and condition of merchandise in display cases along with proper prices and correct signs; rotates product.
• Operates slicing equipment to provide meats and cheeses based on customer preferences; prepares ready-to-eat foods and platters.
• Adheres to company recipes and safety policies when preparing food items; handles cash register operations per policy for money handling.
• Maintains general sanitation, follows cleaning schedules, and assists with inventory control and receiving tasks.
