Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Keep deli areas stocked and inviting; greet customers and resolve questions politely.
• Maintain freshness and proper pricing of merchandise; rotate stock.
• Operate slicing equipment and prepare ready-to-eat foods to order.
• Follow recipes and safety policies when preparing foods.
• Possibly operate cash register and handle money according to policy.
• Ensure sanitation and safety per health and OSHA requirements.
