Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keeps deli service areas stocked and appealing, greets customers, answers questions, and resolves concerns politely.
• Ensures freshness and correct labeling of merchandise; rotates product.
• Operates slicing equipment to provide meats and cheeses per customer preference; prepares ready-to-eat foods and platters.
• Prepares items with proper safety, recipes, and sanitation; follows PPE and safety policies.
• May handle cash register operations with proper money handling; complies with tobacco/alcohol sale policies.
• Maintains department sanitation, follows cleaning schedules, and assists with inventory control.
