Weis Markets is currently seeking a Deli Associate in Brunswick, MD to provide friendly customer service, prepare and portion meats and cheeses, and assemble ready-to-eat items. You will rotate stock, price items, and maintain clean, organized display cases in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires adherence to recipes and safety procedures, accurate cash handling when needed, and teamwork to ensure smooth store operations. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or in progress.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Keeps deli service areas stocked and attractive for customers.
• Rotates products, ensures proper pricing and signage.
• Operates slicing equipment and prepares ready-to-eat foods per orders.
• Adheres to recipes and safety policies in food preparation.
• May handle cash register operations and basic money handling.
• Maintains department sanitation and follows health/OSHA guidelines.
• Assists with inventory control and receiving deliveries.
