Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of item descriptions and counts for all shipments.
• Ensure accuracy of UPC numbers for all shipments.
• Maintain IBT Seal Log for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Schedule deliveries and follow up with Buying or Logistics to ensure on-time Purchase Orders.
• Record and file all incoming and outgoing Purchase Orders.
• Ensure Receiving Clerk records daily receipts and driver logs correctly.
• Unload/load trucks and minimize detention times.
• Maintain HACCP guidelines and safety policies in the department.
