Job summary

You will supervise and guide power equipment operators, uphold HACCP and safety policies, and partner with Logistics to keep on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year similar experience.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and proportions.
• Computer literate.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to company values and strong customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of item descriptions and counts for all shipments.
• Ensure accuracy of UPC numbers for all shipments.
• Fill out Manifest/Bill of Lading accurately.
• Maintain IBT Seal Log for deliveries.
• Record and file all incoming/outgoing Purchase Orders.
• Maintain Goods Received Book (GRB) and Adjustment Vouchers (AVs).
• Un/load and schedule deliveries and ensure timely dock activity.
• Adhere to safety policies and HACCP guidelines.
