Job summary

Nugget Market, Inc. is seeking a deli cook to support our kitchen with items featured in the deli case, grab'n'go wall, and self-serve counters. You will work at a fast pace preparing entrees, salads, sides, and soups, while ensuring quality, cleanliness, and guest service.

Orientation includes maintaining a sanitized, attractive environment and providing world-class guest service as needed. Responsibilities include preparing ready-to-eat foods, labeling and packaging goods, rotating stock, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work well independently or on a team.
• Experience in a high-volume kitchen setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Sense of urgency with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Positive attitude is essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ready-to-eat foods for deli case, grab'n'go wall, and self-serve counters.
• Package and label produced goods; rotate products and receive loads.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and attractive work environment.
• Work at a fast pace to keep high-quality items ready for guests.
• Shifts run between 4am–10pm; open availability required.
