Whole Foods Market in Scottsdale, AZ seeks Team Members to perform prep, counter service, sanitation and stocking duties and to deliver friendly, efficient service to customers and teammates. Roles include working on the floor with customers, maintaining high product knowledge, following safety and sanitation standards, and supporting store programs.

Flexibility for opening, mid, and closing shifts is expected.

• Thorough product knowledge.
• Ability to make an adequate number of recipes per shift based on batch size.
• Capable of accessing information about market conditions and communicating it to customers.
• Understanding of waste and how it affects department profits.
• Work with merchandising standards and expectations.

Mansioni

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dates, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Ensures product production follows recipes and correct measuring devices.
• Helps customers understand differences between WFM products and conventional stores.
• Keeps walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; participates in trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs promptly, and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows safety, sanitation, and health procedures; maintains clean workspace.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks pricing accurately.
• Reports safety hazards or violations.
