You will label, date, cover, monitor freshness, rotate stock, and maintain clean, safe work areas. The role involves customer service, merchandising, and flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months retail experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible schedule incl. nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for the cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars according to production sheets.
• Prepares items according to recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Labels, dates, covers, monitors quality and freshness, and rotates items.
• Monitors food levels and replenishes in a timely manner.
• Arrives on time, groomed, dressed and ready to work; participates in shifts and trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
