Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in Brand Concierge or 3 years in retail sales or customer service.
• Own transportation and ability to travel to multiple locations within assigned area.
• Stand for 4 hours and lift up to 40 lbs; operate in refrigerated environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess deli service needs and adjust focus throughout the day.
• Engage deli customers with timely acknowledgment and product recommendations.
• Host in-store sampling and product pairing events.
• Educate customers on flavor, nutrition, and Boar’s Head products.
• Maintain displays, pricing, and stocked shelves.
