Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years leadership experience in restaurant, retail and/or cooperative management.
• Experience in retail, grocery, natural foods and/or cooperative management.
• Applicable degree/certification.
• Strong analytical ability and proficiency in math.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency: keyboard, email, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise selection, receipt, production, pricing, display and promotion of designated products to meet sales, margin and inventory goals.
• Hire, train, evaluate, coach and supervise designated employees in accordance with policies and budget.
• Ensure department accountability for performance standards; provide daily supervision and follow-up on coaching and corrective actions.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of department shelving, equipment, prep and storage areas; report safety concerns and incorporate needs into budget.
• Participate in storewide management and cross-promotional planning meetings; perform other tasks as assigned by Store Manager.
