Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or formal culinary training required, with strong communication skills.
• Experience: 2–3 years supervisory experience in direct food preparation and customer service.
• Technical skills: Comfortable with basic business software, spreadsheets, scheduling apps, and databases.
• Physical: Able to stand long, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, and operate kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Menu creativity & promotions: Develop weekly menus and promotions to boost sales.
