Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ experience in a large-scale, professional grocery environment preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets and industry standard PO software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Deli team to ensure high-quality products and service.
• Maintain department standards for safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
• Manage inventory, pricing, stocking, and merchandising to meet sales and margin goals.
• Coordinate with Food Service leadership to ensure consistent kitchen operations.
