Gerrity's Supermarkets in Northeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Deli Night Manager to support the Deli Department under the Deli Supervisor. You will maintain high customer service standards while handling daily operations and compliance.

Responsibilities include quality control, inventory, safety, stocking, and proper temps. Candidates must be 18+, able to lift 50 pounds, and read/write English. Training and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Competent knowledge of all essential functions for department positions.
• Assist with achieving sales and gross profit targets.
• Maintain and control supplies, inventory and shrink.
• Ensure compliance with the Department Ordering Manual.
• Maintain department product quality, rotation and temperature.
• Stock and merchandise all department products.
• Maintain a sanitary department in all areas.
• Perform proper maintenance of deli equipment.
• Prepare salads using Gerrity's approved recipes.
• Support Deli Manager and Deli Supervisor in daily operations.
• Adhere to safety policies and Customer Service Pledge.
