Job summary

Dietz & Watson seeks a full-time Merchandiser to support sales and brand awareness in our deli. Must safely operate a deli slicer, set up deli cases, rotate products, and follow planograms. Travel up to 30% as needed; weekends may be required.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in customer service or sales, reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license, and ability to read/write English. Proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook and ServSafe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service/sales experience preferred; deli experience a plus.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Must pass ServSafe Manager exam.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Computer skills in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a deli slicer.
• Set up deli cases and rotate deli products.
• Understand and execute schematics/planograms.
• Maintain marketing displays using POS.
• Travel up to 30% to cover stores.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
