Dietz & Watson is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser to support sales and brand awareness in our deli department. Candidates should have 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities include setting up deli cases, rotating products, maintaining displays, traveling up to 30%, and training new deli hires. Must read and write English and have computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must be able to read and write English and use basic computer software.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a deli slicer.
• Set up deli cases and rotate deli product.
• Understand and execute schematics/planograms.
• Maintain marketing displays using POS materials.
• Travel up to 30% for store coverage.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with deli managers and staff.
• Provide regular reports and complete store surveys as needed.
