Job summary

Dietz & Watson seeks a Full-Time Merchandiser in New York to support safety and exceptional customer service while driving sales and brand awareness. You will assist with deli operations and merchandising, using planograms and POS displays to optimize in-store presentations.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service/sales, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 30%. Benefits include a comprehensive package and weekly payroll on a full-time hourly basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service/sales experience preferred; deli experience a plus.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; Real ID or Passport for travel.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a deli slicer.
• Set up deli cases and rotate deli product.
• Understand and execute schematics/planograms.
• Maintain displays using POS materials.
• Travel up to 30% and work with little supervision.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with deli managers and store staff.
• Complete store surveys and reports as required.
