Job summary

Dietz & Watson is hiring a Merchandiser for Beverly, MA to support full-time sales activities and brand presence in deli departments. The role includes operating a deli slicer, setting up displays, and executing planograms while maintaining strong customer relations.

The position requires 1–2 years in customer service or sales, reliable transportation, and proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook. Some travel and overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass ServSafe Manager exam.
• Must read/write English and have computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a deli slicer.
• Set up deli cases and rotate deli product.
• Understand and execute schematics/planograms.
• Maintain marketing displays using POS.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with deli managers and staff.
• Travel up to 30% of the time to stores within assigned territory.
