Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years prior experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a managerial role.
• Must have reliable transportation and an active driver’s license.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel, align with store management on goals.
• On-board and coach new team members.
• Schedule all team members.
• Provide product information and selling suggestions.
• Take guest orders and ensure timely, satisfying service.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance.
• Order products and supplies to maintain stock and merchandising standards.
• Oversee deli/food service prep and display.
• Rotate items for quality and safety; monitor pricing and signage.
• Process cash register transactions and refunds.
