Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience or similar leadership role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of deli/food service operations and health standards.
• Demonstrated leadership to build and motivate a team.
• Food safety certification and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deli Manager in daily department operations.
• Oversee inventory controls, ordering, product quality, and deli team supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the deli staff.
