Festival Foods in Menasha, WI is seeking a Kitchen Production Clerk to support deli operations and food production. You will help ensure product freshness, monitor inventory, and assist in preparing custom meal orders while maintaining a clean, food-safe environment.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and contribute to delivering excellent guest service with a focus on safety and quality. This role supports kitchen production and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Food safety certification required or willing to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by recognizing guests' needs and providing service.
• Maintain quality control by inspecting and rotating deli products and ensuring proper temperatures.
• Fulfill guest orders including special meals, following recipes and tray-building procedures.
• Monitor product dates, freshness, and shrinkage; ensure proper labeling and dating.
• Support cleanliness and safety by organizing and sanitizing work areas and keeping logs.
• Maintain regular attendance and communicate absences with notice for replacements.
• Support the team and assist with additional duties as needed.
