Ideal candidates are food safety certified (or willing to obtain), detail-oriented, and capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adapting to varied daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be, or be willing to become, food safe certified with knowledge of safety protocols.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and support a positive team dynamic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for guest and team interactions.
• A keen eye for quality, accuracy in rotation, and following recipes precisely.
• Strong problem solving to address guest concerns promptly.
• Adaptable to changing tasks within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Understanding of perishable department operations and freshness standards.
• Good time management to complete daily duties on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by recognizing needs and providing service.
• Inspect, rotate, and replenish deli products maintaining proper temperatures.
• Take and fulfill guest orders including meal trays and dinners per recipes.
• Monitor dates, freshness, and shrinkage; initial and date all items.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitized; maintain food safety logs.
• Attend schedule changes and coordinate with team to ensure coverage.
• Support other duties as assigned and assist teammates as needed.
