Responsibilities

• Maintain the hot foods case, pasta bar, burrito bar, wing bar, and rotisserie chickens.
• Follow Kowalski’s procedures for preparation, handling, sanitation, freshness and quality.
• Ensure deli areas are stocked and prepared for lunch and dinner rushes.
• Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or illnesses.
