Qualifications

• Understanding of safety requirements and company policies; trained on equipment.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a deli/food service environment.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and handling high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and address guest questions with professionalism.
• Assist guests in finding items and offering deli recommendations.
• Maintain hot bar display and ensure items are garnished attractively.
• Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and special requests.
• Maintain temperature logs and promote food safety practices.
• Attend to housekeeping, stock, and labeling of the hot bar.
• Support team with other duties as needed.
