Festival Foods in Marshfield, WI is hiring a Deli Hot Bar Cook to prepare a variety of menu items and deliver great guest service in a fast-paced deli.

You’ll work with items like fried chicken, fried fish, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, and potato wedges while following safety and quality standards. This part-time or full-time role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow in a community-focused supermarket.

Competenze

• Experience interacting tactfully with guests and personnel, with good oral and written communication.
• Safety requirements and policies training including slicers, fryers, hot bar.
• Knowledge of perishable food and working at a fast pace in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and handling high-pressure situations.

• Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest questions and concerns.
• Help guests find items and provide deli recommendations.
