The role requires strong leadership, P&L experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Compensation starts at $43,888 and can go up to $59,050 per year.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant/deli management experience.
• Experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.
