Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities and deli operations. You will drive sales, manage teams, and execute business plans to meet standards, sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership across staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training, with a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays, and 2-3 years of management experience in foodservice or similar.
