Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee our high‑volume travel center and restaurant operations, driving sales, profits and exceptional guest service.

Requirements include 2–3 years of restaurant/deli or foodservice management, strong P&L accountability, the ability to foster a customer‑focused culture, and a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice.
• Proven management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.

Responsibilities
